Buggy so far

So I have used this app twice now. Im more ahead of the curve so the first week is really easy, which is fine, but Im annoyed that already the app failed to save data for my second workout. Im just starting out on my third workout and there no checkmark on the second workout, and no data recorded for it. I might buy another app before I get too far in. Im only using this because my wife bought it a while back.

I really like this app, but would love to make notes about my workouts and that is not a current feature.

Get a different app, very glitchy a few weeks in

I tried to love this app. I really did. The glitches were so frustrating, I stopped the program 5weeks in. Over a year later, I try to pick it up again to see if the bugs have been fixed, and nope. The jog/walk timers get mixed up and messed up constantly. Itll randomly alert me to start stretching in the middle of the run. I spent a third of my run today walking because the timers were off and I didnt want to mess them up further. Im trashing this app and finally trying a new one. It might work in the beginning, but beware: youre in for some serious frustration a few weeks in. Better off with something else.

Its turned me into a runner!

This app has been fantastic. I started it 2 months ago and am almost done with it. I repeated a few days as I didnt do well with it and I dont like to move on unless Ive mastered the last day. But its really run flawlessly and I appreciate that! I love the voice cues and find that the intervals for this program are really realistic and do-able as opposed to other programs Ive seen. Today I ran a full 20 minutes which is amazing since I couldnt run the full 45 seconds in the beginning!!

Made me a runner

I started using this app over a year ago. I had to stop running because I had gotten hurt but I was able to pick right back up where I left off. I have not had one problem with it marking the wrong day or not checking off the days that I complete. I like that I can listen to music without any issues. Great app!

Great training app

Great app! Helps novices train for a 5k or just provide a varied workout. But please fix the app and have it stop requesting to use Bluetooth headphones EVERY TIME the app is used.

Success!

I was completely a couch person. I started this and did exactly everything as instructed. I did the app one day then either rested or only walked on my off day. I just completed my 30 minutes of non stop jogging! My reward? Muzuno running shoes! Oh, and my clothes fit great now, lost 7 pounds and I feel spectacular!

recent bug

I have used this app for over 2 years now and really like it. With the latest update, though, the app crashes win the initial stretch ends. I dont know about the cool down stretch because I dont do all of them, but the app crashes at the end of the warm up stretch and I have to restart the app, which starts my session from the beginning again. Aside from this recent bug, I have not had any problems.

Still No Notifications

I love the app, but I have to leave my screen unlocked during my whole workout because the app does not show up in my options for notification center. I have tried the instructions numerous times to no avail.

Nice look

I tried this for the first time in a while and I still like it. I like the stretch part and the look. I think it will be nice to log treadmill distance with the workout.

Highly Recommended App

Awesome app. Great way to train for a 5k and wonderful features.

Good app

Generally speaking I really like this app. But as of today Im deleting it from my phone and finding a different app. My only gripe about this app is the placement of the "end workout" button. I cannot tell you how many times Ive accidentally ended my workout because the button is literally on top of the "resume" button and is just too easy to hit accidentally. In order to go back to the point you were at, you need to fast forward and instead of going to each phase, it seems to have a weird time set for fast forward and reverse, so you cant get back to the stage you were at when you accidentally ended the workout. Everything else works as advertised and is an easy layout to follow.

Great for beginners!

I used this app to train for my first 5 and 10ks. Ive now run my first half. Its really great for those who dont know how to push themselves farther without pushing too far. Definitely helped my training!

Excellent for beginners

This is a structured and effective way to get from 0 to 5k. The stretches are a useful addition. The only improvement I can suggest is advice or guidelines on breathing techniques.

Great App

I used this app to train for the Bearathon, it is a 5k or half marathon race hosted by Baylor University. I was able to go from not being able to run for a minute straight to being able to run a 5k in 26 minutes by completing the program! I love it!

It really works

I started this program barely being able to run the 45 seconds on week one. Every week I kept thinking, "theres no way I can run x minutes." I repeated a few days in the earlier weeks, but since about week five I havent repeated any. I ran the 20 minutes today for week 6 day 3 and it was much easier than I expected. My pace is slower than a 30 minute 5k so it will take me a couple weeks longer than this program, but Im okay with that. This program gave me the push I needed and trains you at a nice slow pace. Also, you can use pandora simultaneously AND the app will give voice commands when locked. And there is now a GPS function. Thank you, Felt Tip! Im grateful.

Works pretty well

My biggest issue is I cant trust the program to say the commands aloud. Sometimes it just doesnt say them aloud and that messes with my training. Also I wish you could skip back in less than 1 minute intervals because when it doesnt say it aloud I want to go back and I have to go back a full minute. I usually dont miss her saying something by a whole minute so that screws me up too.

Great way to get started

Ive had this app for 3 years. It has greatly improved since the first time I used it. Gives you stretches, cues work fine as long as sound on my phone is turned on, allows you to play music through app and overall a great app.

Amazing

This app really motivated me to run. The only thing I would change is allowing the runner to make notes on each day
