Before using this app u would have rather eaten a bowl of scorpions then go out for a run. Honestly I never thought Id be able to do it, but I have literally gone from 0 exercise and a desk job to running 4.7 k and burning 500 calories yesterday on my Tuesday run.
Sure running is hard, but this app really makes it easier.
