Some weeks are much harder than others an Ive found myself repeating a few weeks because of my busy schedule BUT this has been my best app purchase. I went from no exercise/the occasional walk to being able to run longer and further than ever before. If youre looking for a helpful app to get you into shape, this is it. On top of that, it has a sleep design, music player works great, and the timer/vocal coach are handy.
