great app, cept for one thing...

... theres no way to turn off the pop-up notifications for this app. i know this is a nitpick, but given that a lot of people use this app in conjuction with Nike+ this is a problem. when you finish your training run and you want to end your Nike+ workout you have to hit OK for a bunch of Couch to 5k notifications before you can hit Pause and then End Workout on Nike+. im new to running and im not that knowledgeable about running times, but I figure that its problematic if Couch to 5k adds 10-15 seconds to your Nike+ workout times because you cant disable notifications.

other than that, i think Couch to 5K is a great application. it looks great and its well put together. thanks for creating it!
